Roz De Vile

Roz De Vile holds a music degree from King's College London with a composition focus. She began her professional journey in classical music artist management, then transitioned to music education where she led curriculum development at a London primary school. She assumed the CEO position at Music Masters in 2020 after serving five years as Learning Director. She serves as trustee for Britten Sinfonia and Chamber Music Scotland (Vice Chair), plus the Manorfield Charitable Foundation. She holds professional certifications in fundraising and executive coaching.
