Marc Wassermann

Marc Wassermann is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, an international law firm based in London since 1995. He holds qualifications from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and Harvard Law School, specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, including issues of restructuring and insolvency. He is a former violin student, and also the parent of two student violinists, one of whom hopes to play professionally.
