John Gilhooly OBE OSI

John Gilhooly assumed the directorship of Wigmore Hall in 2005, overseeing the largest chamber music and song series in the world. His honours include an OBE (2013), Finnish knighthood (2015), Austrian and Italian orders, and Germany's highest civilian honour (2016). He chairs the Royal Philharmonic Society and BBC Cardiff Singer of the World.
